FAQ’s for booking with Sunrize Vacations
1. How do I book a vacation with Sunrize Vacations?
Once we receive your booking request, we will check to make sure that the unit is still available.
To book we will need the Name, Address, Phone Number and Email of the person checking.
(Please only send your information when you are READY to pay, as our inventory changes rapidly. We are not able to hold units.)
After payment is received, we will reserve the unit for you and send you the confirmation email, and you will be ALL SET to enjoy your time away.
*Please Note: Depending on the supplier we use to book, some resorts will have your name in their system within 1-2 weeks after booking while some resorts will not load your name into their system until 14 day to 72 hours prior to the check in date! Your reservation is still confirmed.
2. Do you offer a cancellation policy on your rentals?
No, unfortunately not. Our deals are so good; we are not able to offer cancellation on any of our rentals. Every reservation is non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable. However, on your own, you may purchase additional travel insurance to protect your trip.
3. How much is the deposit for your rentals?
Due to the nature of our deals, the full balance for the rental is due at the time of booking. You may pay with either PayPal invoicing a credit or debit card.
4. Do I need to attend a timeshare presentation?
Absolutely NOT! Presentations are not required. Most resorts will ask you to attend, but this is completely optional.
5. How are you able to offer these rentals so cheap?!
This is probably the question that most people want to ask us! The answer is actually quite simple. Most vacation suppliers have more rentals than they are able to book to retail customers (meaning customers who book through the popular websites.) So, what happens with the unused rentals? They sit empty. So, we work with various suppliers to bring you the BEST deals!
6. What is included in the price?
A 7 night stay at the resort accommodations. Flights are not included. Typically most resort weeks do not have separate Resort fees!! That is a HUGE savings!

You will never have to attend timeshare presentations unless you voluntarily choose to do so. We are NOT associated with any timeshare exchange companies such as Interval International or RCI.

In addition to Resort weeks, we also have access to Last Minute Resort weeks which are last-minute weeks that are available by booking within 60 days of check-in.
